Xiaomi 13 Ultra |
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra launch schedule will soon be released by Xiaomi. Interestingly, the Chinese cellphone supplier has also confirmed that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be released globally.
In its announcement on Twitter, Xiaomi said that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be launched this month (April) in China. The new flagship phone will then be launched globally in the coming months. Xiaomi has once again partnered with Leica to enhance the photographic capabilities of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. The first two collaborated on the Xiaomi 12S series, which unfortunately did not launch globally.
The global release of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is certainly good news for Mi fans around the world. However, rumors circulating on Twitter say the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will not be released in some countries where Xiaomi introduced the Mi 11 Ultra earlier.
According to Kacper Skrzypek's confidential information, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will not be released in India, India, Türkiye, and Japan. The reason is, Skrzypek admitted that he could not find the MIUI version for the above 4 countries.
Xiaomi 13 Ultra |
Xiaomi 13 Ultra only has 5 MIUI versions for China, Global, EEA (European Economic Area), Russia, and Taiwan. This means that outside of China, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will only be launched in several Western countries, as quoted from Gizmochina, Sunday (April 9, 2023).
But Xiaomi fans in Indonesia don't need to worry. Not long ago, Xiaomi Indonesia Country Manager Wentao Zhao said, at least one Xiaomi phone with a Leica camera will be launched in Indonesia. Unfortunately, Zhao did not reveal which Leica camera phone will be brought to Indonesia. He only said that the device would be released in the third quarter of 2023.
Xiaomi 13 Ultra itself will carry powerful specifications. The phone will use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage.
Rumor has it that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will have four rear cameras, all with 50 MP resolution. The main camera of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is rumored to use a Sony IMX989 sensor, while the telescope, periscope, and ultra-wide camera features will use a Sony IMX858 sensor.
