Here is the full review.
Design
The Poco X5 5G is quite sleek with polycarbonate plastic covered with a matte finish that gives it a sleek look when reflecting light from the back. There are three variants that users can choose from such as black, green, and blue.
The smartphone weighs 189 grams with a thickness of only 7.98 mm so holding it with one hand is quite comfortable and light. Poco also provides extra padded accessories to keep the phone safe in the event of a collision or fall to the ground.
Just like any other phone, there are volume +/- and physical power buttons on the right side that also function as fingerprints, while on the left side, there is space for the SIM card slot. Despite the rather thin bezels, the Poco still offers a 3.5mm jack and microphone jack on the top edge. On the bottom edge are three speaker holes and a USB-C port.
Looking at the back, there is a large black box with the POCO logo inside, along with three cameras and an LED flash. This Poco script is a hallmark of other Poco phones. There's also 5G writing on the bottom left. As the name suggests, the phone also supports 5G connectivity. The case is also IP53 certified for protection against dust and splashes.

Field screen

So playing games or watching videos with HD or higher quality is very enjoyable because the images displayed are sharp and rich in color. Not only that but in the bright sunlight, the screen is still clearly visible. The Poco screen has also been coated with Gorilla Glass 3 layer, the touch screen of the Poco X5 5G is also very sensitive. Make browsing, chatting, and scrolling social media smoothly without any hassle. Then on the front screen of the Poco X5 5G, there is a punch hole or small hole in the top center of the screen. This punch-hole is integrated with a 13MP selfie camera.
Camera
The Poco X5 5G has three rear cameras with a composition consisting of a 48 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2 MP macro camera. And a 13MP front camera.
You could say the results are no less satisfying, especially for those of you who like to take pictures. So sometimes the photos obtained are unnatural, the colors are pale, the focus is long and there is noise.
But you also have to be careful in using this camera because if you choose the right angle and the right lighting, the photos you get can be beautiful. Well, it's not very good, not bad either. Especially the bokeh function is too blurry which makes the image quality poor. For ultra-wide angles, the details are still quite good, while night shots when in focus can give good results despite liking a lot of noise.
Performance and battery
The Poco X5 5G is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset paired with up to 8GB of RAM, expandable up to 5GB with the Dynamic RAM Expansion 3.0 feature.
With these specs, the device should last for days, in two weeks of testing running multiple apps, performing multiple tasks such as watching videos, playing games, and browsing social media, continuing to function properly without serious lag.
The Poco X5 5G runs Android 13 OS wrapped in MIUI 13 for Poco. Internal memory is available up to 256GB, users can expand by adding a microSD card up to 1TB.
As for the battery, the Poco X5 5G can play all day without emitting excessive heat, the 5000mAh capacity is equipped with 33W fast charging, you don't need to worry because the Poco X5 5G purchase box includes a charger adapter. It takes about an hour or so to fully charge the battery to 100%.
The Poco X5 5G also supports NFC, IR blaster, and Mi Remote apps, through which users can control electronic devices.
The Poco X5 5G has decent performance and specifications in the mid-range segment. The phone's screen is spacious with an AMOLED panel that is pleasing to the eye for watching videos or playing games.
After that, the battery power is excellent for a full day of normal use. Plus the NFC function can recharge electronic cards and the IR blaster function can be used as an electronic remote control.
Although the camera results are not satisfactory, for those of you who don't care about the camera. This device is suitable for daily use to support your mobility. With a price of Rp 3 million for the cheapest variant, you can consider buying it.
